- Keep the windows open for better ventilation.
- All students must go straight to their allocated space in the classrooms and be seated in their designed spot.
- Prior appointment and confirmation to attend the classes is essential for every student visiting the campus. Students not having a prior confirmation may not be allowed to attend classes. This is to ensure that students in classrooms and campus are kept to limited and safe numbers.
- Avoid queuing or waiting in groups at the reception desk/area.
- Limited lift access to 1 person at any given time.
- Limited toilet access to 2 people at any given time.
- We encourage students to bring their own water bottles and laptops.
- No access to shared appliances in student/staff canteen or vending machines.
- No access to staff and students for any purposes than regular teaching and learning related work
- Reduced number of students per classroom at any given time.
- Limited accessible area within the college campus.
- Access available based on pre-booking or pre-appointment only.
Hygiene & Safety Instructions
You should not attend or visit the college if:
You or anyone in the household have developed COVID-19 symptoms or have recently come in contact with someone that has COVID-19 symptoms.
If you have made overseas travel within the past 14 days.
If you are self-isolating, shielded or clinically vulnerable.
If you are living with a shielded or clinically vulnerable person.
Personal safety:
Wearing a face mask and face-covering is compulsory when visiting the college. Use the face mask at all places.
Please avoid or minimise the use of public transport when visiting the college.
Please use hand sanitiser before entering college.
Whilst waiting at the reception desk please only stand in your designated spot whilst maintain 2-meter distance from each other.
Generic rules & safety practice
You must keep at least 2 meters apart from those not in your household, whilst in the campus.
Follow all visitor notices, signages and guidance from staff members.
Do not eat or drink in the classroom or corridors.

May we always request you to practice and promote the social distancing measures implemented within the campus.
We will continuously monitor and review these arrangements on a regular basis, Government advice is changing as we learn more about COVID-19 and as we enter different phases of the lockdown measures. We will review changes on a much higher frequency than those of a normal risk assessment to ensure the latest guidance is being followed.
